WHAT IS A BROWN FIELD ?
A brownfield project is one that carries constraints related to the current state of
the site
The site have existing structures that architects have to tear down or modify in
some way before the project can move forward
The land itself may be contaminated by the prior activities that have taken place
on the site, a side effect of which may be the lack of vegetation on the property
