MASLOW'S THEORY OF MOTIVATION
Abraham Maslow (1908-70), a psychologist,
believe that all people have need to be satisfied,
that they will work to work a person requires. He
assumed these need could be arranged according
to them importance in a of step know as
Maslow's hierarchy of need.
WHAT IS MOTIVATION?

process that directs, energies and sustains a
persons behavior.
Motivation is the characteristic that helps you
achieve your goal. It is the drive that pushes you
to work hard. It is the energy that gives you the
strength to get up and keep going-even when
things are not going your way.
