The nursing work environment is a multi-factor structure that is composed of the following
five characteristics:
(1) the involvement of nurses in the affairs of the hospital;
(2) the foundation of nursing quality;
(3) the capability, leadership, and support of nurse managers;
(4) adequate staffing and resources.
(5) the relationship between doctors and nurses.

person's home security, collects mail and packages, and makes sure bills are paid with
the disabled person's guidance when they live alone and require in-patient care
Program Evaluation:

 Since the peace of mind is the program , It can be evaluated based on how effectively it
satisfies specified criteria for the outcomes and "Peace of mind“ on quality of the
education and nursing services it provides (Smith, 2018).
 These criteria are derived from standards that have been established for the nursing
profession as well as for education in general.
 The outcome measure on peace of mind will used will involve number of successive
patients attended by such nurses
Closing Slide:
 In conclusion, the peace of mind will embark on the most successful strategy for
empowering nurse leaders is to have organizational leadership that is present, visible, and
invested in the nursing workforce. This is because these factors function in tandem.

 Making weekly visits on a hospital unit should be something that each shift is responsible
for doing and doing some charity work.

 Both the nursing staff and the leadership will have the impression that their complaints
are being addressed seriously as a result of this action (Henry, 2018).
