 Overview & Objectives

 The US army adopted eXplorance Blue as a new software survey

tool.
 This training is intended for current The Language Proficiency
Assessment Directorate employees and it will be extended for
newcomers.
 The employees will be able to use and apply the required steps to
utilize this software for building surveys and generating result
reports.
 Delivery

The instructional training is designed in using Adobe Captivate development

software and consists of three modules as listed:
- Module One (covers the importance of surveys in DLI and the different
types of question items).
- Module Two (using eXplorance Blue in creating and developing
survey).
- Module Three (using eXplorance Blue in generating result reports).

 Evaluation

 Level one evaluation was conducted for Module Two (pilot) &
Module One
 Level two evaluation was conducted for Module Two (pilot) & final
product
 Analysis of the collected data was statistically significant.
 Level three evaluation was observed on job application.
 Future Plan

 Updating Module Two and Module Three of this project to

incorporate more advanced features of the eXplorance Blue software
survey tool
