INTRODUCTION

What Is a Business?
A business is defined as an organization or enterprising entity engaged in
commercial, industrial, or professional activities. Businesses can be for-
profit entities or they can be non-profit organizations that operate to fulfill
a charitable mission or further a social cause. The term "business" also
refers to the organized efforts and activities of individuals to produce and
sell goods and services for profit. Businesses range in scale from a sole
proprietorship to an international corporation. Then LANZ Wiring is a sole
proprietorship business where it is built based on our skills as an engineer
to perform services in home wiring and service. Not only that, but LANZ
Wiring also provides services such as the purchase of electronic equipment
and maintenance of electronic equipment. This makes it easier for
customers to transact with us either face to face or online.

Majority of this question is


male is 54% and female is 46%.

In this question, 80% on ‘18 – 25


years old, 14% is ‘31 years old and
above’ and only 6% response age
‘26 – 30 years old.
Next, many responder in
majority 82% is single and only
18% is married.

This is a question that we asked


the responder state their live in.
The total of response live in
personal house is 68% while for
the rented house is 32%.

live in the city and other 46%
live in countryside.

occupation as jobless and only
6% response as a housewife.

in this year and never done it.
In majority, most of the
responders use refrigerator
more than other electrical
appliances.

of them did the service last

the rest of them live in apartment and
double storage house.

appliances often damaged are
lamp and some of less damage are
ceiling fan.

service that purchased for a year’
and other 44% chose 2nd times
service with 30 percent discount.

would prefer to send their
electrical appliances at the store for
repair.

SUMMARY

We made an online survey about wiring and electrical appliances because we want
to know the responses of community about service and type of promotion they want.
From the responses we can improve our service.

Based on the feedback that we obtained through the online survey, we found 9 from
50 respondent were never did house wiring which means a handful of people still do
not know that their house wiring needs to be check every 1 until 10 years depends
on occupants. Through the responses, we also find 10 per 50 people were did
serviced their electrical appliances in the year as it should be. Next, based on
responses about respondents income that can related to demand. The respondents
income recorded 21 persons income were below RM2000, 5 persons were above
RM2000 and the rest of respondents were do not have income. So , most
respondents think that RM1500 still affordable for full wiring service at their houses.
SUMMARY

About the promotion that most respondents prefer to is free


service for equipment purchased from our service for a year than
second times service with 30% discount. Next, respondent also
prefer to buy from store for our business and for the services
they want store delivery services.

Lastly, the suggestions form the feedback were do the service for
24 hours so that they can contact us no matter time they need
our services. For the electrical appliances, respondent want the
price is affordable to buy and yet high quality.
