• This highest level is based on Reputation; (Freely
given to us by others)
• Influence and Well Known inside-outside the
organization, inside-outside the countries and even the
lifetimes;

How to Maintain the Status of a Level 5
Leader
• ➢ View reaching Level 5 leadership not as an achievement, but a
lifestyle and way of living.
• ➢ Keep your vision and focus facing forward. This means not getting
comfortable with your past accomplishments—don’t stop striving to
innovate, improve, and excel.
• ➢ Expand your audience. Teaching others how to lead. Begin
speaking at events and conferences. Other options include starting a
YouTube channel, releasing educational content on social media,
writing a book, or being interviewed for various podcast series.
• ➢ Guide your leaders on how to train and grow other leaders, too.

Navigating The 5 Level of Leadership
• Can be applied to every area of your life, both personal and
professional;
• You are on a difference level with each individual person in your life;
• Each time you add a level in your relationship with another person,
your level of influence goes up;
• You never leave behind a previous level once you achieve a new one.
The levels build and add to one another. They are not replaced.
Navigating The 5 Level of Leadership
• If you skip a level to try to speed up the process, you
will have to circle back and earn that level anyway for
the longevity of the relationship;
• The higher you go up the levels, the longer it takes;
• Just you can add influence at a level, you can also
lose influence at level;
• It takes less time to lose a level than it does to earn it.
