    1. Doesn’t want to innovate
    • Nokia insists on maintaining its OS because of exclusivity
    • On the other side, Android is more accepted by consumers
    • Nokia, which was slow to switch to Android, was slowly abandoned by
    their consumers
    2. Forget about customer focus
    • Nokia operating system was not user
    friendly compared to its rival such as
    Iphone and android
    • The customers hope that Nokia will
    use android as its platform but they
    never get it
    • Nokia doesn't care about that and
    keeps cramming phones with Symbian
    OS to their customers
    3. Too focus on hardware
    Nokia is known for the quality of its hardware, but pays little attention
    to its software lineup. In fact, software is as important as hardware.
