Resilience Consistently show the personal ability and the motivation to turn
around after set back
What is resilience?

The capacity to recover quickly from difficulties.

Bounce-back-ability - the ability to recover from bad circumstance.

Ability to recover from setbacks, adapt well to change, and keep going in the face of
adversity.
