• INTRODUCTION
• A True Story about a guy named Frank
Abagnale who managed to con millions of
dollars during teenage years where kids don’t
even know how to earn a dime
• That aside, the movie is superbly shot with sad
yet ravishing ambient music to that perfectly
resonates the escapades of the young Frank
which is again spectacularly depicted by none
other than Lenardo Di Caprio.
SUMMARY OF THE MOVIE

• Frank Abagnale, Jr.(Leonardo Di Caprio) worked as a doctor, a Lawyer,


and as a co-pilot for a major airline – All before his 18th birthday. A
master of deception, he was also a brilliant forger, whose skill gave him
his first real claim to fame: At the age of 17, Frank Abagnale, Jr. became
the most successful bank robber in the history of the U.S.FBI Agent Carl
Hanratty(Tom Hanks) makes it his prime mission to capture Frank and
bring him to justice, but Frank is always one step ahead of him
Catch Me If You Can illustrates the costs,
rewards, and ethical dilemmas of
deception and self-disclosure in
interpersonal relationships. One of the
many morals to the story is that money and
prestige cannot satisfy the basic human need
to be known and loved by others.
