Bladder Stone
Oval whitish brownish irregular/grrity 4x3 cam size calculi hrd in consistency with small spicules
probably bladder stones.
*Primary stones : originating from renal or ureter and come to bladder
Secondary stones: originating in bladder due to stasis
*Renal vs. Gall Bladder stone
DJ stent with calculi on one end
Either on renal/bladder end or both
May be renal as it is small
Treatment: removal of DJ stent
Appendix *position of appendix
*Formalin preserved/mounted specimen
*Fate: 40% nothing happens. Rest may dev
*Tubular structure in which one end is blind appendicitis
other end is tied *d/d of RIF mass
*In one border of specimen we can see *appendicular lump
mesoappendix so probably apendix *appendicectomy
