IN THE LORD
GO, GROW, GLOW IN THE LORD
We can sort foods

into three main
groups based on
how they help our
body:
GO – GIVE US ENERGY
GROW – HELPS BUILD OUR
MUSCLES
GLOW – PROTECTS US
FROM ILLNESS AND KEEPS
OUR HAIR, SKIN, AND
NAILS HEALTHY
Spriritual life natin?

Baka kasi nahihilig

na tayo sa mga junk
food na inooffer sa
atin ng mundo.
Tulad ng mga
chichirya, pleasing
to the eyes at
pleasurable to
palates
pero wala namang

naidudulot na
mabuti sa spiritual
growth natin.
We should have the

right diet. Parang
mga gulay at
prutas, hindi man
natin gusto lahat
yung lasa gaya ng

okra at ampalaya, it
can’t be denied na
punong puno ng
sustansya na
kailangan ng
katawang pisikal
natin.
Ganoon din ang

Salita ng Diyos, may
ibang mahirap
ipasok sa buhay
natin kasi hindi
ayon sa ating
kagustuhan o
mahirap iwasan
gaya ng bisyo at
masamang gawi.
But then, ang Salita

ng Diyos ang tunay na
kailangan ng spiritual
life natin na kailangan
nating bantayan.
Our spiritual foods are

also divided into three
groups.
IN THE LORD
Number 1
GO: No. 1
-keeps us strong
and energetic that
despite of the trials,
testing and
temptations, still we
have that spiritual
energy to go on
with alert mind and
ready heart.
Keep on reading
God’s Word and
pray in order to
have more energy
to keep you going.

you strong:

7 and the PEACE OF GOD,
which surpasses all
understanding, will GUARD
YOUR HEARTS AND MINDS
through Christ Jesus.

GLOW-What is the effect of
glow foods, it makes our
skin healthy, our hair,
everything in our body
looks healthy if we eat
nutritious food that is rich
in glow elements.
As Christian we can also
have a glow effect in our
spiritual life. Our life will
shine. People around us
will wonder why we have
such shining admirable
character despite of the
difficulties that we are
facing in life. You can smile
despite of life’s
circumstances. But if you
lack spiritual food you can’t
smile but murmur.
You are COMMANDED to
GLOW
Philippians 2
14 Do all things without
complaining and disputing,
15 that you may become
blameless and harmless,
children of God without
fault in the midst of a
crooked and perverse
generation, among whom
you SHINE AS LIGHTS in
the world,
You are COMMANDED to
GLOW in a right place.
