Rheumatoid arthritis
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune
disease that can cause joint pain and damage
throughout your body. The joint damage that
RA causes usually happens on both sides of the
body. So, if a joint is affected in one of your
arms or legs, the same joint in the other arm or
leg will probably be affected, too.
Treatment
Celdrin
• Celadrin is a natural anti-inflammatory compound that
people use for arthritis, to improve joint function and
mobility.
• It is a mixture of cetylated fatty acids, which are formed by
combining naturally occurring fats with cetyl alcohol.
glucosamine
• Glucosamine is an amino sugar and a prominent precursor in the biochemical
synthesis of glycosylated proteins and lipids.
• Glucosamine is one of the most abundant monosaccharides.
• Glucosamine is used by the body to make other chemicals that build tendons,
ligaments, cartilage, and the fluid that surrounds joints.
• Joints are cushioned by the fluid and cartilage around them.
• Taking glucosamine might increase the cartilage and fluid around joints and/or
help prevent their breakdown.
Mechanism of action:
Celadrin acts to reduce inflammation and pain by:
• Reducing the production of inflammatory compounds, prostaglandins
(by blocking the COX-2 enzyme).
• Reducing the release of chemicals that increase inflammation from
white blood cells (leukotriene B4 and interleukin-1).
• Reducing tissue damage by blocking the enzyme (thromboxane-A
synthase) that increases inflammation.
• Regenerating cartilage and improving joint health.
• It protects cartilage from damage and provides more cushioning for
the joint, according to a patent filed by the Life Science company.
• Celadrin systematically enhances and lubricates cell membranes
throughout the body providing youthful cell fluidity and elasticity.
• This includes the enhancement of fluids that cushions your bones
and joints to maintain flexibility and mobility so that you can move
with ease and pain free.
How Celadrin And Glucosamine Work
Together
• Inflammation, insufficient lubrication, and lack of cell membrane fluidity
can cause wear on the joint area.
• Glucosamine is clinically studied. It increases the range of motion and
relieves pain at the same rate of Ibuprofen.
• Glucosamine assists in rebuilding cartilage and the overall structure of the
joint. However, it’s shown moderate effects on people affected by
osteoarthritis.
• Celadrin actually lubricates the cell membrane continuously, enabling the
cell membrane to repel inflammatory chemicals.
• Celadrin stops the cascade of inflammation and assaults on the
membrane, which cause it to stiffen.
• Celadrin empowers glucosamine to perform faster and more efficiently
in building joint cartilage.
• The synergistic dual-action of Celadrin & glucosamine provides rapid
joint cushioning, quickly alleviating inflammation, building cartilage
and restoring the entire joint area.
No major side effects were reported in clinical trials for both topical and oral
Celadrin.
