UNIT REMARKS
CF FOODS​ Completed all 15 sets in CF Foods.Received 5S cetification from QCFI Dtd. 28-4-22 as well as from QCFI
jointly with JUSE Dtd: 26.9.22. For final Certification, sent corrected PPTs to QCFI. Final audit will be
done by QCFI before 15.11.22 and final Certification before 30.11.22.
SHASHI SIDNAL​ Completed 5 sets and Physical visit / assessment done by faculty on 27-7-22. Unit is working on the
points suggested by faculty mainly on work place managment. (Infrastrcuture development, Visual
Management, trainings and preparation of PPT'S zone wise etc..). Expecting 2nd visit by QCFI faculty
before 10.11.22 and 5s Certification before 30.11.22.
SRUJAN FOODS PVT LTD Srujan Foods completed 14 Sets and received 5'S certification form QCFI. Unit is qualified for 5'S JUSE
certification in mid October 2022 and waiting for certificate from JUSE. Physical visit & assessment
done by WCM faculty last on 15.10.2022. 15th Task is running as per suggestion by Mr Ranjeet Jadhav
(WCM Faculty).
