    Difinition of production Production is a


    process of combining various material
    inputs and immaterial inputs in order to
    make something for consumption (output).
    It is the act of creating an output, a good or
    service which has value and contributes to
    the utility of individuals.
    For example (a)creation furniture (b)hervesting corn
    to eat (c)the amount of cloth produce.
    Moreover, it is essential to have the
    following characteristic in order to be
    production.

    • Combination of labor,raw materials and machinery.


    • A literary or artistic work.
    • The creation of utility.
    • Inputs will be transformed into desired products.
    • There will be one type of machine for each process.
