Slide: is a single page of a presentation

Font: is a graphical representation of text. This may
include a different typeface, point size, weight,
colour, or design.

Clip Art: Pieces are pre-made images used to


illustrate any medium. Clip art are small pictures
which are stored on your computer and can be easily
added to a document.

Template: is a pre-created document that already
has some formatting.

Bulleted List: is a series of items preceded with
symbols instead of numbers. A bullet is usually a
black circle, but it can be any other symbol used to
highlight items in a list

In building the structure of a presentation, here are

 The design template ( it is best to use a design
that is set up already – this is called a design
template)

Making a Presentation using a Template
 Load the presentation software
 Click on Design template in the new presentation
section of the screen

 You will now be guided through setting up your
slides. The first slide will contain a tile and a
subtitle, the other slides are different and allow
you to add text as bullet points, as well as other
content such as images, and sound.
