of Extremadura and other lands of the Iberian southwest.

Profitability : As Suan Foods offers not only the product but also the service the
prices and the margins are high.
For example : If we buy 1 kg of “frozen pork secreto belly” for 22 €/kg and the price
offered to the clients is 40.650 KRW/kg (30 €/KG) and from those net profit will be
8 €/kg.
Also we can sell our iberico pork in food courses where our experienced chefs can
teach the clients how to cook the incredible iberico pork, in order to have the bes
experience. On averege 1 cooking class is sold for 135.500 KRW (100 €). Net profit
is 40 € aproximately.
