Skilled Nursing Facilities

According to Hebrew Senior Life, a SNF is an inpatient

rehabilitation and medical treatment center used for rehab
and recovery.
The main difference between a skilled nursing facility
(SNF) and a nursing home is that a SNF provides therapy
services in PT, OT, and SLP.
Nursing homes are typically for permanent residents where
as a SNF is usually for temporary residents.
