Pay and Conditions
• paid at least the minimum wage rate for
apprentices (£3.30 per hour in 2017)
• paid to attend training - usually one day per week
• receive at least 20 days paid holiday per year, plus
bank holidays
• sick leave entitlement
• contract of employment
• entitled to the same benefits and conditions as
other employees
