Upper Crest is a new exclusive Mid Senior level hiring platform conceptualized by Timesjobs.com, designed to cater exclusively to candidates with 3+ yrs & above experience across industries. The sole purpose of Upper Crest is such that the best across industries can come under one roof to interact with some of the best resources at least cost & minimum efforts. With our well planned media strategy we assure that only serious, experienced and dynamic professionals are attracted making your experience as a recruiter a smooth one. Activity Plan
  We propose Upper Crest for the experienced professionals catering to all industries. This event will only be targeted for candidates with 3 years and above experience for IT and more than 2 years experience for IT/ITES/BPO/Manufacturing/Banking professionals/engineering services It will be a 2 day event on Saturday and Sunday with limited number of companies participating so as to ensure equal opportunities for all the companies. The event will be a purely pre-registered event so that all candidates will have a fixed interview schedule and know when to walk- in, thereby ensuring a rich and pleasurable experience for the companies as well as the candidates We plan to propose a media plan, where we would have a series of print Ad releases a week prior to the said event dates. Besides providing basic information on the event, the print Ads would also have an email address for the interested Candidates to write a mail with a specific coded subject line and attach a soft copy of their resume . The short listed candidates will get invitation from Timesjobs.com to attend the interview. The print Ads would also have the logos and skill sets of the participating companies prominently displayed, getting the participants a good branding as an employer to the target audience. The candidate details would be processed at our end on the basis of broad guidelines given to us by the participating Companies. We would carry out various other activities like E mailers, SMS and Tele calling to ensure the event is fruitful

 

  

The Media Plan for this event:


(1) Print
Times Ascent- 1 ad (with skill sets & Logo)
All the ads will contain logos and detailed skill sets of the participating companies. The ads will carry an email address to which the interested candidates can apply with their updated resume mentioning name of company (ies), years of experience and post (s) applied for. Thereafter, the candidates will be short listed based on a broad criteria provided by each participating company. The short listed candidates will then be given a call from our backend team to schedule an interview. This ensures high relevancy of foot falls. Print ads will NOT contain the venue address as we are not aiming at generating random footfalls.

(2) Online
E-mailers: Mailers to relevant candidates/ invitation by mails E-mailers will be sent to relevant candidates based on requirements provided by participants. The E-mailer will again clearly mention skill sets & experience levels required. The E-mailer will carry an email address to which the interested candidates can apply mentioning name of company (ies), years of experience and post (s) applied for. Thereafter, the candidates will be short listed based on a broad criteria provided by each participating company. The candidate will then be given a call from Timesjobs.com to schedule an interview This process will once more ensure accuracy in hitting the right audience. Online Banner: Active 3 days before the event and will be live for 15 days on TJ website

(3) Tele calling


Calling to relevant candidates will be done & time slots will be given to them. Candidates will be screened before we call them, if found suitable a candidate will be informed about the stalls that he can apply at & will be given an interview slot with a reference number.

(4) SMS
SMS blasts will be sent out to relevant candidates with details of the event. The SMS will also contain an email address to which the interested candidates can apply mentioning name of company (ies), years of experience and post (s) applied for. Thereafter, the candidates will be short listed based on a broad criteria provided by each participating company. The candidate will then be given a call from Timesjobs.com to schedule an interview.

*Note that none of the advertising medium will contain the event venue address

The Process:
1. Candidates will be crossed checked with their reference numbers & directed to the company where their interview has been scheduled. 2. Candidates who walk-in without an invitation or registration slip will go through a basic screening based on their experience & sector & accordingly a fresh interview slot will be given to them after consulting the participating company. 3. A referral sheet will be available at the exit so that candidates can mention Names & Numbers of their colleagues/ friends who may fit the criteria's available. These references will be contacted & invited for the second half or the next day.

Payment for participation is 100% in Advance: Payments to be made in favor of TIMES BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LTD. Logos of participating companies in the print ads will appear only after realization of the payment. The lead-time for the Main edition ads will be two days and for supplements 4 days. The event is a TimesJobs.com event. Soliciting candidates at the venue in any manner and putting up banners that project the event in any other manner than a timesjobs.com event is not allowed. The participating company will be responsible for any disfiguration of the allotted space and will have to pay for any damages to furniture, property and any other item provided at its allotted space, by the venue owners and/ or TimesJobs. The crowd management will be done by TimesJobs.com to ensure that at any time too many people do not swamp one company/ stall. Pasting of banners, posters at the venue walls is strictly not allowed. Use of glue/stick fast or nails/staplers on octonom panels is not allowed. Participants will need to arrange for their own branding within their stalls. Distribution of any material at the venue to the job seekers will be in consultation with TimesJobs.com All services are subject to a Fair use policy In case of stalls- 1 table & 2 chairs will be provided to each company per stall, Power supply will be limited per stall, any equipment/lighting that may consume excessive power & may cause tripping of power supply will not be allowed (All services are subject to a Fair use policy) Please do not leave back any valuables. We are not liable for any theft/ damage or loss of property General security will be provided, however companies are responsible for their valuables.

SOME IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR SPONSORS & PARTICIPANTS : Please do not conduct any activity outside your allotted space, as the same may cause obstruction to the Candidate flow & may hamper the smooth functioning of the Job Fair. Please do not stick, paste or nail anywhere within or around the venue. The same is restricted by the venue authorities & may cause us to pay penalties. You need to carry your own, self standing promotion material & may put up banners using only nylon threads or double sided tape. Clients need to carry their own double side tape, scissor, cutter, etc for putting up the promotional material in the classrooms. Please do not use any audio-video/PA system/any system which could lead to noise in the event causing disturbance to other participants. Any equipment causing disturbance at the venue will be asked to be switched off and the request would need necessarily to be complied with. Please do not distribute any sort of leaflets at the registration counter or outside the respective classrooms. Please note that all above regulations are in common interest of all clients, stakeholders and importantly in interest of the fair going off smoothly with no hasslesonly recruitments. Please feel free to bring to our notice any anomaly/transgression from the above listed regulations being practiced by any other participants causing disturbance to you.
