or role. You are assigned based on your specialization and function. You are supervised by
leaders who implements, evaluate, or control the flow of common goals to be finished.

Conceptual Skills

execute the objective properly by your staffs. Foresee the consequences so that you can prevent
casualties in the firm.

Interpersonal Skills
- These is used to boosts workforce morale, you need to be able to explain your objectives from the most
basic explanation for them to be able to understand and execute objectives properly. You must also set an
example that you are a leader and serious in your job.

Technical Skills
- As a manager you need to have a knowledge about the different kinds of departments, tasks, objective,
and etc.. for you to represent and be able to help your employees if a problem occurs.

Political Skills
- You must let them know that you are serious when leading your employees to finish a goal you must let
them know that they cannot take advantage on you or just be disrespectful to you but at the same time
you should be also friendly with your employees to strengthen your connection.
