08.30 AM Operation started. Patient on supine position under spinal anesthesia. Aseptic and antiseptic procedure on surgical site and its
surrounding area was performed. Pfannenstiel incision was performed 2 fingers above symphysis. Abdominal wall was incised further until the
peritoneal cavity were exposed. Uterus size was appropriate with 37 weeks gestational age. LSCS was performed :
 Amniotic fluid less than normal, Amniotic fluid was clear
 Baby was delivered with foot extraction
08.05 AM Life neonates was born female, weight 2990 gram, length 50 cm, HC 34 cm, A/S 8/9 FT AGA
08.10 AM Placenta delivered completely, weight 475 gram, umbilical cord length 43 cm, diameter 19x17 cm
 Lower uterine segment closed with single layer continuous suture with PGA 1.0
 Abdominal wall sutured layer by layer
