• Identified a threat and the vulnerabilities of a Ship or
Port Facility using one of the 9 threats defined by the ISPS Code. • Heard other syndicates present their threat scenarios. • Debated attack and defence strategies. • Discussed security counter measures. Scenario
You are a members of a Socio Economic Militant group
which has been peacefully campaigning for official recognition.
Your Government has refused to recognize your group
and will not enter into dialogue.
More recently they have passed laws which effectively
ban your group. Attack
The Grand Council of your group have decided that the
only way to achieve recognition is by direct action.
Government Institutions have considerable financial
interests in the shipping/port industry, and because of your experience you have been asked to plan an attack on the maritime infrastructure. Mission
• As a syndicate, present your plan to the other
