1.Root cause for sector cross issue :

Sector-Cross Issue means that sector of a site is serving the area in a direction
different to azimuth.
For example, sector 1 is serving the area of sector 2, and sector 2 is serving the
area of sector 1. This is known as complete Sector Cross
When TX feeder cable connected in diversity port and diversity cable connected in
TX port. This problem arises due to jumper cables has been cross-connected
between RRU & Antennas which could be caused due to human mistake during
site activities, also sometime installation and integration not performed by the
same day even sometimes not by the same team. (there are 3 to 10 day different
from installation to integration some time it will take long time)

2. Analysis how you reach to this conclusion :

The maximum sector cross-issue come by lack of sector swap

knowledge. During installation and integration time team will be taking
a hurry to integrate that time some of technician can’t follow Quality
Installation process.
Extreme fear for penalty, team always feel annoyed.

3. Improvement action as to how to ensure this will not be repeated again:

Can be completed installation to integration by the same day. After

installation, TI teams should perform Call Test. Mandatory to follow
quality installation (both end cable marking before the connection with
RRU & Antenna).
We already making internal training especially for sector cross-issue
avoiding, mostly before whom team making sector cross for lack of
sector swap knowledge also we already swap some team members.
