 SE must keep on looking for ways to improve not only its established
procedures but also its workforce on the different aspects of information
technology adaptation . SE has effectively implemented different programs
for managing issues and problems to obtain customer satisfaction, and the
next step is how to sustain it through innovation and up-to-date standards.

 Prioritize n investing automated warehouse management solutions to


expedite cycle counts, improve warehouse management protocols and
reduce risks from discrepancies between actual stocks on hand and
system balances.

 Management should ensure expedited and effective depletion plan of any


excess inventory. The opportunity lies in the proper management of open
purchase orders, negotiation with vendors on cancelling overstock and
undelivered non-critical raw materials – through proper utilization, timely
and accurate input of data in the information systems
