HOW TO CREATE A

POWERPOINT
PRESENTATION

1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint
and in the left pane select “New”
2. To create a presentation from scratch, select “Blank
Presentation” or to use a prepared design, select one of the
templates.
3. Add a slide
In the Slides section, select
In the Home tab, in the Slides Layout, and then select the
section, select New Slide. layout you want from the menu.
4. Add and Format text
Select the text, and then select one or more
options from the Font section of the Home
Place the cursor inside a text tab, such as Font, Increase Font Size, Decrease
box, and then type something. Font Size, Bold, Italic, Underline, etc.
5. Lastly, add transitions and
animations if needed
