The tornado is the most dangerous kind of storm.


Unlike other storms, a tornado strikes with very little
warning. It moves in slowly under the cover of
thunderstorm. When it is detected, it is often too late.
The storm strikes and moves very swiftly. It’s whirling
and funnel-shaped winds move at a speed of about fifty
miles an hour. Some move even faster, causing disaster
in just a few minutes. The “ twister” causes everyone to
take cover in a cellar or any other safe place.
