Work Relationship

A work relationship is a relationship between a


person and a legal employer within an
Enterprise.

Worker Types
A classification selected on a person's work relationship, which can be
employee, contingent worker, pending worker, or non worker

TERM DEFINITION

• The three-tier model formed by Work Relationship, Employment

Terms, and Assignment.

Compensation and the employment model

In a 3 Tier employment model, salary can be held at the


assignment or the employment terms.

Element entries used to pay variable compensation are stored at


the same tier as which payroll elements are defined.
