Work Relationship
A work relationship is a relationship between a

person and a legal employer within an

A classification selected on a person's work relationship, which can be
employee, contingent worker, pending worker, or non worker

Compensation and the employment model
In a 3 Tier employment model, salary can be held at the

assignment or the employment terms.
Element entries used to pay variable compensation are stored at

the same tier as which payroll elements are defined.
Defaulting and Overriding Employment Terms Attributes
Assignments automatically inherit information entered in

an option at the Legal Employer level
• Out-of-the-box settings
– Enterprise Level: Employment Model = 2 Tier single
