 Renewable Energy (using solar/wind/hydro/thermal/waste etc.)

 Medical clinics/ centers

 Infrastructure (as recreation centers, IT hub, affordable seismic proof houses with
solar rooftop cum bio digester waste management)

 Existing permissions and ready documentation.

 500 MW Integrated Solar Power in phases

 Education centers and 200 low cost seismic proof houses (with rooftop solar and bio
digester toilets)

 A unique water moat around the project site for trees

 Proposed Funding for Project and
Conclusion
20% of the project value as co-finance from any Indian Bank/or payback or sovereign
from the state Govt. and rest of the fund will be brought as equity and Foreign
Funding from Norway.
