INTRODUCTION:

 This company was started in 2015 and

the founder of this company was
Siddiqui group.
 Initially it was the company of
medicine and vaccination imports for
poultry hens in 1985, they extends
towards poultry feed and started new
factory in 2015.
 CEO of the company is Muntazir
Siddiqui.
 The purpose of the company is
production of feed for poultry.

 PRODUCTS:
The main products of this company is
feed for poultry hens,chicks,Broiler and
catle.

They provide feeds for all three growth

phases for paultry hens.

1 Starter
2 Grower
3 Finisher

These phase have differenty formulas

and size of feed according to their
requirments of nutrients. 3
SERVICES:
 They fulfill the requirements of poultry
feed in all over Pakistan.
 Doctors are provided to keep an eye and
observe, therefore analyzing so that they
can provide feedback regarding poultry.
 They have highly experienced
nutritionist which checks the material.
 They also check impact of feed on
poultry hen and their health.
 They also check how much quantity of
feed is digestible for hen .

Raw Material:
The raw material used in the
manufacturing of feed is as follows; Soya
bean, Corn, rice polish, Soya bean oil,
Fish wastage, poultry meal, pearl millet,
maize etc.

check the moisture level at the spot and
laborty test to check the fat , protein and
moisture level of feed. Company have a
special doctor and labs for this test they
use these machine for this test. 5

PHASE:
Initially testing department take the
sample of raw materail. They use
sample to test moisture level, ash,
fat ,protein, solubility, fiber and
toxicant .

moisture (17) and raw material have
fungus greater then 0.5 to 1 percent. As
you seen from taking sample to testing
phase. this is most important for good

MARKETING AND SALES
DEPARTMENT:
In company the
marketing department deals with the
sales increase and spreading the
business in all over the Pakistan.
This company follows all simple
process of marketing but with the
different approach to increase
profits ,P.R, and brand value.They are
focusing on p2p models. Their
marketing team directly market the end
user and leverage them by providing
free checkups for paultry bird. Their
marketing consist of 3 high P.R Docters
to leverage them self to get high sales.

Plant in charge department:
This department only
focus on overall performance of process
involve with in factory like procedure of
production and testing. This department
have to report CEO about performance
of overall factory processes.

Mechanical department:
This department mainly
focus on the maintainence of machine.
This department have a duty to ensure
that all mechanical part of factory should
work perfectly.

BOILER DEPARTMENT:
This department
only handle the boiler ,working
of boiler. boiler is very
important to produce steam
which is used to remove toxicity.
Boiler also used for cooking the
feed in pellet hopper.(hot stream
is used by pellet hopper)

TESTING DEPARTMENT
(LABORATORY):
In testing department
(laboratory) analyst check all the raw
material that is suitable for making feed or
not, analyst check moisture and other
factor of all the raw material that comes in
the company for making feed . If the
requirements are match with the company
criteria then the raw is unload from the
truck in the company. . Petri dish and oven
is used for checking the moisture, Jindal
operator is used for checking the amount of
protein, in water bath is use for checking
fat, similarly the other nutrients is checked
in the laboratory.

DEPARTMENT:

A finance department is the

unit of a business responsible for
obtaining and handling any monies on
behalf of the company. This department
controls the income and expenditure in
addition to ensuring effective business
running with minimum disruptions. In
company this department deals with
regulatory department, taxes , paid
amount,salleries, dealing with sales.

In Electric department
Electrical engineers are usually
involved in developing, designing and
maintaining electrical control systems.
Other than control system they also
look after different components that
require specifications that focus on
safety, reliability, quality and
economy. In this company electric
department is controlling the supply of
electricity and also responsible for
proper supply and resolve the issues of
electricity.

required nutriants. Formulas and

control centre which have different

feed. Control room operators can
identify the faults in process of
