incorporated under the Companies Act, 1913
• Masood Fabrics was originally established in 1935
Founded by Khawja Mahmood
• Now Masood Fabric is the part of Masood-Roomi
group which is formed in April 2021

textile unit. It has in house yarn , knitting,
fabric dyeing , processing ,apparel
manufacturing facilities.
