INTRODUCTION

Is the process of choosing one option among several possible


options when facing a problem and solving it or determining how
to carry out certain actions that affect the company, both as a
whole and in smaller areas of the company.
HOW CAN WE MAKE A DECISION?

Establishing the strategic and specific objectives by areas, which


is another tool, constitutes the statement of expected
achievements. This is important. But decision-making is what
really drives the action.

There are many, but the most important are:

• Group.
• Risks.
• Sporadic.
• Uncertainty.
• Emergency.
DECISIONS

Individuals are those taken by a single individual without the help of


anyone else.

Group ones are those that are taken by two or more people to have
a better solution to the problem.
DAILY AND SPORADIC

Daily is the most common in our daily life is a role that we carry day
by day.

The sporadic ones are those that are different from the daily ones
and are taken every time the boss or any other boss in charge
makes a decision to improve productivity.
EMERGENCY

Situations are those that take us by surprise, and we do not expect


them to happen.
CONCLUSION

Decision making requires a lot of experience at the time of


making it, since it is for the improvement of the companies or any
field, as well as to improve the work and achieve the objectives
set by them.
