start this company.

2. Consumers can still be interested in original vegetables and not the
required model of pre cut vegetables.
3. Pre cut vegetables are difficult to keep fresh for long.
 Opportunities:
1. Increase in employment as vendors need to hire people to pre cut
vegetables, not all vendors prefer doing all the work on their own.
2. Highly suitable for working ladies and couples, as pre cut
vegetables are cooked sooner and this can increase its demand in
future.
3. Cooking process will become easier than ever.

 Threats:
1. Model is easier to implement, so can have a high competition in
future.
2. Lack of trust on pre cut vegetables of the consumer will be its
biggest threat.
3. Can’t do much innovation in this field.
