CVT TRANSMISSION INTRODUCTION

CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) is also called continuous mechanical automatic


transmission. The biggest difference between this transmission and the general gear
automatic transmission is that, it eliminates the complex and cumbersome gear
combination variable speed drive, and only uses two sets of belt wheels for variable
speed drive, by changing the contact radius of driven belt of drive wheel and driven
wheel for changing speed.

 At present, electronic shift configuration has two


suppliers, and both suppliers supply at the same
time

 Point B supplier (Qifeng, Wuhu)
 Due to the different assembly structure between
the mechanism and the handle, the shift handle
and the electronic shift control mechanism can
only be equipped with A matches A, B matches
B, and cannot be mixed.

Shift to P Automatically

 When vehicle speed is not more than 1 km/h,


transmission gear is in R or D, driver side
door opens and brake pedal not depressed,
it will shift to P gear automatically.
 The failure of the driver side door makes it
impossible to close the door normally. When
the vehicle speed is more than 1 km/h, it will
automatically shift to N gear. When the
vehicle speed is not more than 1 km/h, it will
automatically shift to P gear. Please contact

inspection and repair immediately

Electronic Shift Actuator Self-learning


 In following conditions, it is necessary to perform self-learning on electronic shifting. Otherwise,
abnormal shifting will occur:
