life, health, property or the environment. These hazards

also pose a danger to human and animal life. Most

HAZARD hazards are dormant (dormant) or have the potential (to

become a hazard), which in theory can be a risk that poses

a hazard. However, when a hazard becomes "active", it

can cause an emergency situation."
