RESEARCH PROBLEM
• The research problem is the impact of Instagram
marketing initiatives on Maple Space Tech, a leading
tech company.

• Despite the growing popularity of social media


marketing, there is a need for more research that
explores the specific impact of Instagram marketing
initiatives on businesses.
• The study aims to examine the impact of Instagram
marketing initiatives on Maple Space Tech's key
performance indicators (KPIs), such as brand
awareness, customer engagement, and sales, to provide
insights into the effectiveness of Instagram marketing
initiatives for businesses.
CHI SQUARE TEST 
• The chi-square test was conducted to determine if
there is a significant difference between gender and
satisfaction level with Instagram initiatives of Maple
Space Tech.

• The null hypothesis (H0) stated that there is no


significant difference between gender and satisfaction
level, while the alternative hypothesis (H1) stated that
there is a significant difference.

Since our calculated P value is less than 0.05 we reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternate hypothesis.

• The level of significance was set at α=0.05, which
means that the chance of making a type I error is 5%.

• The calculated p-value was 0.03606, which is less than


the significance level of 0.05.

• Since the p-value is less than the significance level, we


reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative
hypothesis.
• Therefore, there is a significant difference between
gender and satisfaction level with Instagram initiatives
of Maple Space Tech.

• The results suggest that gender plays a role in the


satisfaction level with Instagram initiatives of Maple
Space Tech. However, further analysis is needed to
determine the nature of this difference
ANALYSIS

• Majority of respondents (77.77%) are aged 26-40.


• Gender distribution among respondents is roughly
equal (57.15% male, 42.85% female).
• 46.01% of respondents were satisfied with the results,
with 26.9% neutral.
• Highly satisfied respondents were 14.2%, while
dissatisfied and highly dissatisfied respondents were
6.3%.

• Reach was highest in Q1 and declined in later quarters.
• Lowest reach was in April and August.
• Most likes/reactions were in March, least in April.
• Overall, reach, likes, and comments decreased from
Q1 to Q3.
• Comments increased in June and September.
• Likes/reactions increased in June and October.
• Comments remained relatively constant throughout the
analysis period.
