 Experiences

Three Main Uses of Present
Perfect

 Something that started in the past and still
true now

Examples:

 I have been a teacher for more than ten years.

 We haven't seen Janine since Friday.

 How long have you been at this school?

 Anderson has studied medicine for 6 years  Past

 You have been a student of medicine for more than 6 years.
