History behind pop music 
 Pop music is the genre of popular music that produces the most hits. Pop music is
a musical style mainly targeted  at a young audience. It is often marked  as a softer
alternative to rock and roll, it has beginning in the  20th century, big band, jazz, and
rock and roll. Pop music is also heavily influenced by African American music.
Characteristics of pop music 

• Pop music should include  good rhythm, catchy melody, and

should be easy to remember while singing along. They
usually have a chorus that’s repeated several times and two
or more verses. Most pop songs are between two and five
minutes long. Some other varies widely even in the music
contains, harmony, pitch, and  silence

A song that raises awareness 
• In my blood by Shawn Mendes this song raises awareness of the
hardships for those whole struggle or who face anxiety.
•  Help me, it’s like the walls are caving in
• Sometimes I feel like giving up

• The first verse talks about how anxiety does not leave you
• The second verse talks about something most of us have experienced
in our life

• My opinion that communications through presentation since it helps
connecting with different people to get the message through  across a
person's mind, which helps have the right communication
