 SUMMARY
At night, Athena visits the phaeacian princess
Nausicaa in a dream, inciting her to wash her clothing.
In the morning, with this idea on mind, Nausicaa went
with her maids to wash her clothing in pools by a river.
They spread the wet clothing along the beach and
then, they wash themselves and play a game in the
nude.
 Summary
Odysseus woke up 90%
naked and he went to the
river
Nausicaa decided to help
this stranger, order her
maids to feed and cloth
him.
Athena made him seem
almost a god
 SUMMARY
Nausicaa directs him to walk behind her cart with her
maids on the way to town.
WARNING him that if people in town see him with her,
they will gossip about odysseus as her future husband.
Just before town she demand odysseus to enter after
them and ask direction of the palace of the king
Alcinous
He will find her mother, who if she likes him, she will
help him.
Odysseus prays to athenea for hospitality from the
phaeacians

were superior in strength (relationship with the modern world, where
everything is full of violence and the strongest person is the one with
superiority)

beautiful eye)

3) As Odysseus meets the maids and the princess in the water, the maids run out
because the man was naked (And is related to the legend of the man caiman
because in both the man was in the water and the old women ran out see him)
4) Athenea tells him! Your magnificent clothes lie unkept; However, the
moment of yourwedding is approaching, in which you will have to wear
beautiful ornaments (as for some important celebration like a wedding
everything has to be perfect and beautiful, especially the bride since this is her
great day, this looks a lot for weddings)
