. Self confidence is the knowledge that you can do
something and do it well Self confidence comes from
knowing your strengths and weaknesses , applying
your skills to any situation. Self confidence is
extremely important in almost every aspect of our lives

CONFIDENCE
 Its easy to lose confidence if you believe you

1. Look at what
haven’t achieved anything. Make a list of all the
things you are proud in your life ,whether its
getting good marks on an exam or learning new
you have achieved things .when your are low in confidence ,pull
out the list and use it to remind yourself to all
the awesome stuff you have done.
2. SET SOME  Set some goals and set out the steps you need to
achieve them. They don’t need to be big goals. .

GOALS
Just aim for some small achievements that you
can tick off a list to help you gain confidence in
your ability to get stuff done
 Practice facing some of your fears that stem

3.FACE YOUR from a lack of self-confidence. If you’re afraid


you’ll embarrass yourself or think that you’re

going to mess up, try anyway. A little self-doubt
can even help improve performance. Tell
yourself it’s just an experiment and see what
happens.
4.PUSHING While pushing your comfort zone may seem

intimidating, there are also a lot of benefits that
will come from it! By pushing yourself, you can
accomplish things you never thought were
COMFORT possible. You’ll be proud of yourself and, in turn,
be more confident in your capabilities. You will

you feel more energized to keep working towards
your dreams.
5.GET RID OF  Get rid of negativity in your life! Negative
people, situations, and habits – let them all go
NEGATIVITY and focus on surrounding yourself with things
that make you happy. Things that bring around

IN YOUR LIFE negativity are doing nothing but inhibiting your


ability to grow.

Anything Is Possible!
 Believing in yourself is the first step towards chasing
your dreams. By practicing these ten things, you’ll be
able to build your self-confidence and make strides
