Throughout our research, we found out how this NGO was

not just helping the youth of Pakistan to grow
academically, but also forming such great morals that
would really improve our society’s future. The way the
teachers are trained there shows their inborn dedication
towards their profession. This all can be credited to the
Principal-MS. Nasira Abid who formed such HR practices
that kept the environment of the organisation healthy
where each and every employee is satisfied with their
work, motivated enough to bring regular betterment in
their lives and others surrounding them, celebrate the
mistakes and success of other colleagues without any ill-
will towards them-just like a family.
