Menunjukkan kualitas (sifat) dan jenis suatu
kata benda atau orang.
Contoh :
A clever man; green grass, sweet tea, a round
table, a big animal; a dishonest trader.

 Kinds of Descriptive Adjective
1.Proper Adjective : kata sifat deskriptif yang
dibentuk dari proper noun.
Contoh :Indonesian boys;
European team; Greek Mythology
2. Kata benda yang digunakan sebagai kata sifat.
Contoh : a college girl; a research center; a
radio station
3. Present Participle yang digunakan sebagai kata
sifat
Contoh : a swimming pool; a burning house; a
waiting room dan lain-lain.

 2. Adjective of Quantity, Degree, Number, or Order
Menunjukkan berapa banyak kata benda tersebut. Terbagi :
i. Definite/ tertentu : one girl, five houses; third place.
ii. Indefinite/ tak tertentu : some water, many houses, no
money, several days.

Kinds of Quantity Adjective :

1. Cardional Numbers : one, two, three, sixty.

Digunakan dalam pertanyaan: what, which, whse, how much, how
