Parameters of solutions
● Concentrations are Perovskite (MAPbI3) is same as
all
● Concentrations of Spiro-OMeTAD is 72 mg/ml
● Concentrations of PCBM is 20 mg/ml
Parameters used during these devices fabrication.
● Ni is deposit on FTO Glass ● Ti is deposit on FTO by using
subtract by using e-beam sputtering technique

● Thickness NI thin film around 25
