BEVERAGE MEANS?
Food and Beverage Services means the operation of all food, beverage, and catering services at all
Facilities defined in and covered under the Agreement.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Food and beverage managers are responsible for planning, controlling, and ordering food and
beverages for a hospitality business. They ensure that orders are top quality and that they will not run
out of anything before the next delivery. Food and beverage managers must comply with food safety
regulations and may also design the menus.

Food and beverage serving and related workers are the front line of customer service in restaurants, cafeterias,
and other food service establishments. Depending on the establishment, they take customers' food and drink
orders and serve food and beverages.

1) table service 
•In this type of f&B service, the guest is seated at the table with laid cover and
orders from the menu. 
2)english service/family style 
•English service requires the food to be placed on large platters or in large bowls. 
•These food portions are then delivered to the guest's table by waiters/servers.

•French Service is a very detailed and highly skilled type of service. 
•VIP’s and VVIP’s are also given this kind of service style. 
4)silver service 
•The service style is similar to the French Service and Guèridon Service.
 5)pre-plated service
•One of the most common and widely accepted kinds of food and beverage service.
