On-Prem

• AKA one time

• Document type: ZFOR, ZORD, ZCOR, ZWOR.
• It has a delivery.
• It doesn’t have a contract.

the flow, it
could have a
quote or a VP
Agreement
Charge Agreement

• It’s the old scheme, replaced by the subscription

management, however, it’s still used.
• It can have more than 1 billing order.
• Document type: ZSCA
• Depending of the billing order type, the invoice will
have the same type as the BO.

Subscription Agreement

• This is the new model

• Unlike the other schemes, some part of this process
is related to rating.
• Document type: ZSSA
• On rating, the CC (Convergent Charging) and CI
(Convergent Invoicing) are created, as well as the
Parked invoice, which is like a draft of the legal
invoice.
