How to ensure consistency on ESH management program?
 Review applicable IFC CLS, ILO and Local laws.
 Assign Competent Person to manage (Issue/Risk etc.,)
 A team of HSE leads plus HSE responsible person from each section/department
 Conduct Performance/Risk Assessment
 Identify all areas that related with standards (Layout, Listed)
 Tools: Risk Assessment/JSA; Job Safety Analysis/JHA; Job Hazard Analysis
 Identify GAPS in performance
 Fix all issues that not comply with HSE IFC CLS Standards
 Control the GAPs in performance
 Draft/Create Plan/SOP; Standards of Operations/JHA; Job hazard analysis
 Provide effective countermeasures/control measures
 Education/Training for related employees
 Secure Resources (People, Money, Time)
 Monitor and Measure Performance by using;
 Check list
 Internal Audit
 Review and make changes where/if  necessary (Mgmt. support is critical)
 Weekly report, bi-weekly report, monthly meeting
 Continuous improvement
