Review applicable IFC CLS, ILO and Local laws.
Assign Competent Person to manage (Issue/Risk etc.,)
A team of HSE leads plus HSE responsible person from each section/department
Conduct Performance/Risk Assessment
Identify all areas that related with standards (Layout, Listed)
Tools: Risk Assessment/JSA; Job Safety Analysis/JHA; Job Hazard Analysis
Identify GAPS in performance
Fix all issues that not comply with HSE IFC CLS Standards
Control the GAPs in performance
Draft/Create Plan/SOP; Standards of Operations/JHA; Job hazard analysis
