It is the type of everyday writing that
surrounds us from the time we wake until
we climb in bed at night.

b. Installation of split type inverter
floor-mounted air-conditioning system
complete with piping & supports, for;
b.1 The 4th Floor, including Three units – 5
Tonners (as shown in the drawings).
b.2 The 5th Floor, including Eight units - 3
Tonners (as shown in the drawings).
c. Testing & commissioning.
For Plumbing/Sanitary Works:

b. Installation of Hot & Cold PPR type water
lines and PVC pipe Drain-Waste-Vent/
plumbing-sanitary systems, complete with
fixtures, pipes & fittings and supports, for;
b.1 The 4th Floor, (as shown in drawings).
b.2 The 5th Floor, (as shown in drawing)
For Fire Protection Works:

b. Installation of complete automatic fire
sprinkler system (AFSS) using BI pipes &
fittings, gate valves, check valves, alarm
check valves, etc, from the firewater tank,
fire pump & jockey pump, to the fire
department connection (FDC), and to the
various sprinkler nozzles (as shown in the
drawings).
For Electrical Works:

b. Installation of power distribution feeders

for;
b.1 Feeder 1: From Substation LVSG #3 to the
Ammonia Plant MCC Room MP-AMMONIA Panel,
Eight (8) sets of 3-250MM2 THHN + 1-50MM2 THHN
(G) in IP 65 perforated cable tray made of
G.I.sheet (as shown in drawings).
