Introduction
Human intelligence can be defined as the ability of the mind to learn and
adapt to new situations, handle abstract and abstract ideas and change
its own environment. The human brain usually learns how to manage
hundreds of different skills during life. Few examples of human
intelligence include empathy, dreaming, the theory of mind and mourning.
Artificial Intelligence
There is a 50% chance that AI will be better than humans at more or less
everything in around 45 years and automating all human jobs for 120
years. In 1997, chess computer Deep Blue was able to play chess
against a reigning world champion (Garry Kasparov) under regular time
controls. There is significant progress towards fully autonomous trucks,
cars and aircraft with the goal of reducing accidents by a factor of 10.
Limitations of AI
There are a number of factors that prevent AI from fully replicating human
Intelligence, as well as various limitations which will help us ensure we
are not just being misled or setting unrealistic expectations. We can say
that artificial intelligence is ultimately going to become more and more
efficient with time, but there are certain limitations to its development.
Conclusion
Despite all the evidence and advancement in the field of AI, the fact that it can
surpass humans and be smarter in all the fields and aspects at this point cannot
be proved. Nobody can say that for certain, because there still are many
drawbacks and aspects such as emotion recognition and creativity in which AI
lacks. It is clear that AI has made lots of human jobs easier, but its implementation
is not a straightforward step. There could be different avenues for learning and
understanding this context according to advancing developments. Human
intelligence and artificial intelligence are and always will remain a matter of
concern for many, but the fictional perception of AI taking over can be disproved.
