and rest of them doesn’t drink alcohol.
 20 % audiences want to allow alcohol
only on events and festivals.
 50 percent of my audiences think alcohol
will effect on the regular duty, 30 percent
on economic condition of soldier.
 80 percent of my audiences said that
sergeants are more involved in alcohol
consumption in unit.
 80 percent think that proper counseling,
strict rules, maintaining routine and limit
on consumption will be the control
measures.
CONCLUSION

Intelligent use of liquor can be a morale multiplier and

great unifier of command.
However, forced abstinence may bring in unhealthy
practices and may work against group cohesion and
discipline.
It is up to the commanders to ensure that it is taken in
right quantities, in right manner, at right time, so that its
consumption does not lead to dependence, disablement
and degeneration of military discipline.
RECOMMENDATIONS

The consumptions of alcohol, however is

not good inside the barrack.
 Proper counseling, motivations and
keeeping the troops busy might be the best
practices.
 Analysing the loop holes.
