Reasons:
• This is the request of the instructor that we have to translate the
news, the contracts and documents related to the things that we
have learned at the office.
• Related to the external cooperation issues of Nha Trang
University because it is related to the knowledge that I have
acquired in the process of studying and working at the
Department of External Cooperation.
• Wanted to learn more about the student exchange programs
• The international awards that students of Nha Trang University
have received

• Do daily tasks such as cleaning the office, arranging documents, and some
other tasks.
• Research and find information about contracts that have been cooperated
between Nha Trang University and other universities and agencies around
the world.
• Translate into English the internal bulletin of Nha Trang University and
some other documents.
• Support international projects that Nha Trang University participates in
sponsoring.
• And some other tasks as requested by superiors

• Experienced and accumulated a lot of knowledge related to English as well as
translation skills.
• Knowledge about social life thanks to the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Gave me many opportunities to use my English knowledge through 4 skills:
listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• My English grammar, interpreting and translating skills are improved
• Learn teamwork skills through a professional working environment
• Time management skills, adaptive skills, observation and change monitoring,
attitude of always willing to learn, etc.
• Learned some skills outside my major such as event organization
Recommendation
• The University and Foreign Language Faculty should
create more conditions for students to have the
opportunity to internship, even first-year students, not
necessarily until graduation
• The international cooperation department, the office
needs to receive more interns because this is a very
good opportunity for students like me to access the real
environment and foreign affiliate programs.
