EXPLANATION
This requires you to research and view data of drowning incidents in
Australian waters. In particular you are researching/viewing drowning
data for overseas born residents and overseas visitors whom have
sadly lost their life to drowning in Australian Waterways. Use must use

Consider the barriers and enablers for swimming in Australian waterways
for the demography (overseas born residents and overseas visitors) and
make two recommendations to reduce the number of drownings
incidents. Your recommendations should remove the barriers to
swimming currently being faced by overseas born residents and overseas
visitors.
